Services.

Services are offered virtually for sleep support. Lactation visits can be virtual or in person if local to Central Florida. I can’t wait to meet you!

My Approach to Baby Sleep.

Through my training I have learned to utilize the baby-led sleep approach. The baby-led sleep approach offers sleep solutions through attachment-focused and responsive parenting practices to further strengthen the parent and baby connection.

This approach will help you to learn developmentally appropriate expectations for infant sleep, understand common sleep interruptors and how to identify possible red flags, learn how to manage challenges using baby-led solutions, set boundaries while supporting your baby's distress to nurture a trusting, attached, relationship with your baby and make changes (that feel right) to support your baby's sleep.

I won’t promise that your baby will be sleeping through the night as some predetermined time, but I will promise to provide a safe space for you to talk about how difficult this whole parenting thing can be, to never use separation-based techniques (no sleep training or cry it out), to encourage baby sleep through connection, to help you make informed decisions when responding to your baby, to learn about your unique family and never use a one-size-fits-all approach, and to prioritize attachment, respect, and responsiveness.

Lactation Support.

Phone Support

I will be able to answer simple questions, offer guidance on a feeding plan, and offer support. I may recommend an initial consultation based on the information discussed.

Initial Consultation- Virtual

I will be able to gather a complete pregnancy and birth history, assess a feeding, offer assistance with positioning and latching, assess baby’s oral function, go over proper pumping/flange sizing if necessary, and develop a plan for moving forward based on your personal breastfeeding goals.

Initial Consultation- In Person

I will come to your home (or you can come to my home office) and provide lactation support in person. Along with the services offered in the virtual visit I will be able to do a more thorough assessment of baby’s oral function and perform a weighted feed to assess milk transfer of baby.

What People Are Saying

“In my experience, breastfeeding has not been the easy, natural journey I expected when I was first pregnant. Both of my babies had oral motor weaknesses and were not able to completely transfer milk. With my first son, the journey was rough and I was so nervous about experiencing that again with my second son. Thankfully, I had the opportunity to meet Paige and that all changed. Even though I received lactation consulting with my first, I never felt confident and faced many struggles along the way. Paige has been exceptional! She immediately put my fears at ease, provided a wealth of knowledge and has been an incredible champion during my breastfeeding journey this time around. She gave me practical advice, one-on-one support and a tailored plan to ensure I had success this time. Despite some of the same oral motor issues my second son faced, I feel confident, prepared and joyful about the experience. I wish I found Paige during my first! I would highly recommend her for any needs around breastfeeding and pumping!”
